Notes on Passwords

Going into MEMBERS ONLY needs a password. Normally, having once entered a password, one does not need to do it again. The site can thereby normally figure out who you are..

There are cases where a password challenge WILL appear again though:

• Browser Name has changed.
• Operating System type / version number has changed
• IP number [connection to ISP] has changed (dynamic IP number)
• Different device in use

All pages have a "session time-out" (shown counting down in thew page header) after which any "modify permissions" lapse.
